Our focus is to help individuals and families heal, empower and discover their inner strengths and abilities. We accomplish this by providing a comfortable safe space, listening to your concerns, and developing a treatment plan to fit their needs.

  • We provide services to clients ages 5-26 years old. 
  • We contract with most insurance companies, including HFS Medicaid and MCO Medicaid companies.

Get started

  1. Complete our HIPAA-protected online client referral form below or call our office at (217) 531-2360.
  2. Once client information is obtained, a HopeSprings representative will contact you within 24 hours to discuss our services and insurance processes and will schedule an intake appointment with a therapist.
  3. If desired, for your information purposes, you can view and print our client handbook and fee agreement.
