Hello! My name is Cheyenne, a licensed Social Worker, and one of the therapists at HopeSprings. I have had wonderful opportunities working with children, young adults, and families with unique experiences. While working with clients, I apply therapeutic approaches that are person-centered, strengths-based, and family-focused. I have worked closely with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment difficulties, and emotional regulation needs. I also have experience aiding clients in exploring their relationship needs, as well as supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am eager to support all individuals and believe that one’s mental health should be met with compassion and a sense of openness.
I focus on aiding you in understanding your strengths and the ongoing relationship between yourself and your environment. I believe that you are the professional of your life. I am here to provide support and guidance so that your overall well-being and happiness may improve. I apply this belief by viewing therapy as a form of collaboration and by providing an environment that is safe and supportive. Whether you desire that space to feel safe in your sharing or have clear goals to reach, I am open to your unique needs and will encourage self-advocacy when working together. I believe that we can reach a point of growth for you and am looking forward to working with you!
