I joined the HopeSprings team with 20 years of office experience and five years’ experience in the medical field. I have worked as a CNA in a nursing home and a Patient Service Representative & Medical Assistant at both Carle Clinic and a hospital in Texas. I am a Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP) and successfully managed a tax office for 13 years. I have learned skills in accounting and office management at Parkland College. I am currently seeking a Child Care Professional Certificate that will help me to learn more about mental health.
Each of these careers along with my family have made me who I am and helped me understand who I want to be. I have learned a great deal throughout my career. My office and people skills were enhanced with each position. At the tax office, I created a training manual for new employees. As a manager I learned to implement people skills that created an excellent work atmosphere and team. I am highly proficient in computer skills along with filing and organization. I never want to stop learning!
My motto is, “Everything has a place, and Everything should be in its place.” I am a volunteer at heart & do what I can to use my time to help our community. I believe in treating others with patience, kindness, and consideration. I am excited to be part of the Cunningham/Hope Springs team. At this point in life, I want to dedicate my time and skills to helping others. This career path will help me succeed in those goals.
